A really great gift starts out with really great wrapping. Diaper caddies are a perfect way to package your present! Fill each compartment with baby essentials- we suggest diapers, of course, bibs, burp cloths, and a swaddle or two! The caddy itself is great for using long after the shower is over. Take it from room to room or keep it in the car stocked for emergencies!
Blankets are another favorite of ours here at the Plaid Giraffe. We love Sam & Ellie blankets, which are super soft and made in the USA! A lovey size (16”x16”) is perfect for baby to have throughout the years, and it fits nicely with another item like a onesie or sleep sack.

Speaking of Michigan, books are a great gift, too. For out-of-town grandparents we always suggest one of our Michigan books, like I Love You, Michigan Baby or ABCs of Michigan. Baby can grow into loving these and picking board books is a good idea for durability and tiny gum purposes.
